Meet the guys who built Dubai's glitzy skyscrapers. They are mainly laborers from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Underpaid, often exploited and living in cramped concrete blocks themselves they have virtually no forum to voice their grievances. They work in 12 hour shifts in the harsh desert sun and get to see their families only after two years.
